Marketing and New Business Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing and New Business Manager to help deliver marketing and business development programmes for our studio, Minx Creative.
You should have at least five years’ experience in marketing or business development, preferably within an agency or SME environment and with a proven track record in delivery. Working closely with our team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities for our studio, store, sister brands and a select group of clients.
Strong writing skills, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential. Your role will include coordinating and helping to create all of our external communications, and for a number of clients. This will include website updates, community platforms and management, work studies, press releases, social media posts, new business campaigns, marketing and business development plans and sharing of ideas. As well as this, you’ll be researching and approaching prospects in order to generate leads and meetings, which means you’ll need to be confident and good at building meaningful relationships.
Future plans for our studio include holding regular events and podcasting, experience in coordinating and planning these would be beneficial.
The role can be carried out remotely with one working day in the week based at our studio (post full COVID easing).
