A New Chapter for Treethorpe
Since 2007, Treethorpe has carefully built its reputation as specialists in forensic research and genealogy. Their mission is both unique and essential: tracing the legitimate owners, heirs, and beneficiaries of forgotten assets — lost shares, pensions, life policies, monies, and dormant bank accounts — and reuniting people with their rightful entitlements.
After years of positive growth, Treethorpe recently renewed their strategic vision and core values. They wanted their brand identity to reflect this evolution and better represent who they have become. Having collaborated with their management team for several years, we were invited to guide them through a comprehensive identity and brand review.
The Challenge
The goal was clear: create a renewed, vibrant, and unified brand approach that accurately reflects both Treethorpe’s established expertise and their forward momentum. They needed an identity system that would work across all touchpoints while honouring their heritage.
Our Approach
We began with their existing ‘tree’ mark — a symbol that had served them well but needed to evolve. We utilised this recognisable element, augmented it and used it as the foundation for a stronger, more confident visual language.
Through careful development and refinement, we created a comprehensive scheme that included brand styling, tone of voice guidelines, printed materials, social media assets, website design, and promotional products. Every detail was considered to ensure consistency and impact.
The Result
The transformation brought Treethorpe’s vision to life through a cohesive visual system that now informs all their communications. The renewed identity creates a consistent and recognisable experience across every touchpoint — from initial client contact through to service delivery.
Most importantly, the new brand truly reflects their energy, expertise, and commitment to their specialised services. Treethorpe now has an identity that matches their ambition and supports continued growth in their field.
…
“We’re excited to launch Treethorpe’s refreshed brand identity — an authentic reflection of our core values and our forward-looking ambitions. This exciting transformation began with a thorough review of our communications, exploring how we present ourselves and how that messaging is received. Our aim was to develop a vibrant, cohesive, and future-ready brand, and we’re delighted with the outcome. A heartfelt thank you to our design partners, Minx Creative, for their exceptional creativity and dedication in bringing this vision to life.”
